Our Policy

Shipping & Delivery Policy

Thank you for supporting our brand! Since our products are custom-made for you on demand, the time it takes to get your order is split into two parts: fulfilment and Shipping.


1. Order Fulfilment (Production Time)
This is the time it takes to create, print, and package your product.
• Standard Fulfilment Time: Orders are typically fulfilled within 2-5 business days (Monday-Friday).
• High Volume/Holidays: Please note that fulfilment times may be slightly longer during peak holiday seasons or high-volume sales.
Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

 

2. Shipping Time (Delivery)
This is the time it takes for the carrier to deliver your package after it has been fulfilled. Shipping
times are estimates, not guarantees, and depend on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. We also offer an Express Shipping option at checkout for faster delivery in most regions (typically 1- 3 business days after fulfilment).


3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the following factors:
• The total number of items in your order.
• The type of product (e.g., posters ship differently than t-shirts).
• Your shipping address/destination.
• The shipping method you select (Standard vs. Express).
You will see the final shipping cost calculated before you complete your purchase.


4. International Orders & Customs
• Shipping: We ship worldwide!
• Customs/Import Fees: Orders shipped outside of the United States may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees. These charges are not included in the total price at checkout and are the responsibility of the customer. Please check with your local customs office for potential charges.


5. Returns, Damages, and Lost Shipments
Our products are unique and produced specifically for you when you order. Therefore, we generally do not offer returns or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect sizing due to customer error. However, we guarantee our quality!
• Damaged/Defective Items: If your order arrives damaged, defective, or is incorrect due to an error on our part (wrong size/design/product), please contact us at notatwar7@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue within 30 days of delivery. We will happily arrange a replacement or refund at our expense.
• Lost in Transit: If a package is lost in transit (tracking shows no movement for an extended period), please contact us. Claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. We will coordinate with our fulfillment partner to find a solution. Unclaimed/Wrong Address: If a package is returned to the facility due to an incorrect address provided by you or is left unclaimed, you will be responsible for the reshipment cost.
